PRICING
My pricing is fairly simple. $175 for up to 30 images. After 30 images the price is $200. The size of the property usually dictates the time spent photographing and the number of final images. Neighborhood amenities, playgrounds, ponds/lakes or anything off property is an additional $50 and needs to be requested at the time of scheduling.
Each image is meticulously edited for color and proper lighting. I also replace skies and "green up" the grass if need be. The images are delivered via a download link in an MLS optimized format, usually within 24 hours of the session.
TWILIGHTS $200
Twilight images are meticulously edited for color and tonal effects. You will receive ONE to TWO MLS optimized images. The property and surrounding scene dictate the number of images. The images are delivered via a download link usually within 24 hours of the session.
Special editing requests are available for an additional charge
A mileage fee will be be quoted on destinations further than 30 miles from 28269
A $99 fee may be applied for cancelations without 24 hours notice
